How to unlock a sim card bloked by IMEI

well this is my problem how to unlock a sim card is not pin lock or puk well the sim card just work with the imei with one phone if i put the sim in other phone the phone dont have signal i need, that the sim card work with any phone maybe you have the solution thanks

Perhaps the phone is locked to a specific provider, not the one the SIM is for.

Some providers lock a user's profile to a specific IMEI number. The lock is not in the SIM card, but in the provider's infrastructure.

An example of such a provider is AIS900 in Thailand.

Hi,

You must unlock the terminal, not the SIM. To change the IMEI you must flash the termina (phone).

The flash depends of the model, serial, manufactured, ect...

thanks for help but, i can unlock the terminal but qhen i use the sim card in other terminal i cant make calls this sims are very special just work with the correct imei to use the credit of sim card i have to now the original imei that the sim card work and the i have to change imei in other phone to make calls from sim card.
