ki+imsi & number portability

i read ki and imsi from my tim sim with the number that in few day will become wind....

Ki and imsi identify the sim and not the number and if you read imsi and ki from a tim card and now you're changing provider to wind you will keep your tim number but thay gona change your sim card with a new wind sim card....and unfortunately at the moment you cannot extract ki because use comp128 v2 algoritm
