A300 trange problem????

Hi all,
I have a sam A300 for servicing.But i can't find out the problem.Here i give some syntom:When i press the power button then set on with vibration,no display & not stay on.If i pluged by any data cable then it would be behave as same as.So pls any body can help me?

remouve the charger connector and see what hapend

I flash it and now it's working
