t200 unlock

i have sony ericsson total tool, ok, then i want to unlock one t200, i use v1.60, i switch on the cable to the phone and when it read the codes, give me Spck code, i switch on the phone and when ask me for sp code i put this and open the lock, i put one sim card and it tells me "insert correct card".
now i try with total tool v1.90 and give all the codes (nck, nsck, spck and cck), ok, i switch on the phone, i press like before <**< and appears all the locks closed, i try to put every code and with all tell me "not allowed".
i try to read again the codes but give me strange symbols, not numbers.
can anybody helps me?

reset gdfs with div, also you have to insert nck to unlock network

i haven't div and if i try to insert nck the phone tells me "not allowed.

another question, if you can helps me.
when i bougth the total tool, it cames to me me with a cd with diferent folders, one of then is, main flash, and inside it there is diferent files for the version r1b007 of the t200 that i have

what is this for?
what is the diference between the diferent files?

in the folder gdfs there is this files:
(anything for t200)
all models channel menu off.gdf
all models channel menu on.gdf
t39 ems fix.gdf
t65 volume00fix.gdf
t68 hbh30echo fix.gdf
t68 reset joystick counter.gdf
t68 set mic normal.gdf
t68 set ciphering off.gdf
t68 set ciphering on.gdf
can you tell me what is this for?

I have t200 model with messages like insert correct sim and ring fix problems I would like to know about the software which can help me in solving such problem. Tell me DIV8.4 is better or Total tool

div is better than total tool, with total tool you can flash t200 but with div you can flash and unlock any sony-ericsson model.
Now the price of terminator dongle for div cracked is very chip, and with it you can use dic 8.4 cracked and div usb cracked for flashing and unlocking the last models of soneric.
