View Full Version : Question for Alcatel experts (Wray, Zulea or other) - help with repairing techzone!!
i have bf3 phone ver 101 KH121
it can find network but when try to call or to make reser (###847#) it powers off after some seconds and after powers on again without backlights
phone has bad imei (when *#06# - 543c#50585251&5 )
i reraded techzone end eeprom with Henrich sw and compared with another zones i have - its looks similar)
when i try to cahnge imei with Wray sw i allways get first digit imei = 4 (not 3)
i think techzone isnt so damaged
can somebody repair it??
i hope only for this forum

try to rehot flash IC and Ram IC, or reball the 2 IC and resolde them.
I beleive you have many sectors damaged because bad soldering in flash IC.
I thynk, You`re tech zone can be ok! Try upgrade phone to 15a wersion KJ255. and then fix IMEI. Try it. :-)
i tried update to 15a
phone powers on but after upload tech zone back still same problem
i think my zone is ok(maybe not full) because i found - when i uploading version 253 or 254 and writing not full tech but only 32 bytes from old tech - phone works good and makes calls
BUT!!!
contrast is very low or missed!
with versions 101 and 102 phone not works
maybe my tech is compatible only with 101 KH121?
can anybody send me this 101KH121 (not patched, just full flash)?

After update to 15a becklight problem is gone? if Yes, live thys version on phone!
i do next - inject in full flash only 32 byte from my techzone and upload to the phone
for me only 103 kj254 flash works but contrast is weak
101kh121 i didnt found in the net
i tried many flashes but no result
maybe exist any solution for my problem??

If Your phone still restarts during call, mail me tech zone (readed by Henrich) and I'll try to help You. I think You miss one small detail during repairing IMEI.

Vygis software can repair contrast in seconds

how i revived my phone
1) open techzone file and extend 32 byte of tech string from #0CB4 (my tech file was backuped by Henrich s/w)
2) open any flash below ver 103kj255 (i had 101kh121), i tried with 101kj133(maybe you should try with more flashes) amd inject techstring from #1F8CB4
3) write prepared flash with Wray or Henrich
4) dont power phone and change imei (anough to change any digit)
5) put in simcard and power on for some time - 10-20 seconds
6) after i updated to 103kj253
i patched flash with techstring so i missed next step where i must to write original techzone
