Can't erase flash in A1018s and 2628S. All programs give me an error while erasing flash (ATR 5.3)

I can flash only with Varanius, but when I flash after that the flash in my phone don't change. (language I want to change).

What's wrong

Cant erase flash on a1018 and atr or other say error 3.

Help
