3310 was bad flashed

Hi,

I recieved a 3310 That a guy flashed when i put a SIM card in it it connect to network for 10 sec then it disconect from the network.
i checked with eprom tools that there is no IMEI number is marked.
is there any way to put the number back in the phone it is marked on the rear site on the telephone normaly ?.

naaah it dont work already flashed with several bios files already wont work cant connect to network :(
for the rest everything works fine just the netwerk contact
