Victor 3.2.3 Full Eeprom Read

Hello,

I am trying to perform a full eeprom read from a t720i, for safe keeping. However, Victor GSM fails at (block?) 173, with the message "Access Violation at at adress 00004646". I 've
tried to first suspend the phone (through PST), or turn it off and do it with the charger connected, but I get the same message.
I 'm using a USB cable, and OS Win2k.

Any Ideas?

Open the task Manager (CTRL+ALT+CANC)and set the priority of Motorola.exe to Real time.
