V66 not charging [Archive]

Hi

I have a v66 not charging and doesn't detect the presence of the charger at all .

It is the first time to come across this problem and I need your help befor starting anything.

Open the phone and verify pin where charger is connect.

I did thet already, and I only have litle power onthe baterry connactor.

I have the same problem here too.

Doesn't power up
Doesn't charge
When charger plugged in, no battery status indicator on screen.

Low voltage on batteryconnectors on phone when charger plugged in.

Anyone?

The charger may be defective, not delivering enought voltage to charge up battery. To verify this get another charger to test out on your phone or use a multimeter to get the voltage reading directly from the charger connector.

The charger give 5.9 to 6 volts, so that can't be the problem.
