Simple question about algorithm used to generate unlocking codes

Are these algorithms used in generating codes for x35 and for x45 the same?<br />In other words: do unlocking codes depend also on phone model, or on imei and phoneID only?

C/s/m35 - one algo<br />a3x,a40,sl4x - other algo<br />x45 - other algo

for all u need only imei and phone id...
