can´t log my C45

hi folks,

i have a big problem with my c45, <br />i´ve tried 2 loggers - none worked on my system (win xp & win me), the cable is ok, i can update siemens phones etc.<br />can anybody help me ??

i con open the program, i make the settings and click on "read phone" - power on my phone - the logger shows "scanning" - but thats it<br />nothing happens
