Hi,
I'm from Singapore and are getting a GX10i from UK. I believe that phone is locked under Vodafone, and need to unlock before it can be used in Singapore.
What is crucial that I need to know before getting GX10i? Do I need to know the IMEI#, phonecode, version? I read some thread mentioned about unlocking with cable. Do I need to get a special cable for that? Or simply use the standard cable for downloading of pics and tones?
What I'm worrying most is that it can't be used in Singapore after spending a few hundreds on the phone.
