Pdu sms

Has anyone tryed to send with Windows Hyper terminal the SMS in PDU mode ? I'm trying with Siemens C45 but not sucseded.
And how can I send the CTRL-Z/ESC command ?
The command is written in AT manual for the Siemens mobiles.

Please help me
