View Full Version : How to upgrade ME45 with no problems?
Can anyone help me by giving me the correct steps to upgrade my ME45 software without killing it? How to know the current version?
To upload new software to your phone you have to know what software you have type in phone *#06# you will see IMEI info than push left soft key and you have Version : XX < where XX is the soft version of phone. To get new soft go to <a href="http://www.srs.spb.ru/" target="_blank">http://www.srs.spb.ru/</a> and get v14 software for your phone choose right soft version with language you needon that site is a file describing all the software versions. And that's id download software and upload to your phone <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> but you must use different version of cable than you getted with phone (this one won't work) use cable for c35/s35 something made on max232 chip.<br />If you understand english (I'm shure you do <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> ) You wont have any problems with uploading program it's very easy to youse just klick few times <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> Remember if you really don't need upgrading your phone dont do it !!! It may be risky and always is do it only if you really need it!!!

Attention, if You will download any firmware from my site ("<a href="http://www.srs.spb.ru" target="_blank">web page</a>) you may use ORIGINAL cable to flash your mobile, wich comes with phone if filename starts from "Update*".
