myx-3 entering hotmenu

Ok ive read around trying to enter the hotmenu to get the info regarding entering the hotmenu

ive entered *2266326232X then ok it (entering 1 for the x by adding 11,12,13 and 14 digit and and using the unit number generated.

after pressing ok the phones bleeps and the number entered is displayed.

Then the instructions says make menu * this is what confuses me it not my phone and not really sure on the layout of the keys.

If somebody could help me on this last bit of the procedure id be greatly appreciated.

Ok a little further ive entered the codes for the hot menu but when trying menu * with no sim nothing happens but wih sim i get the hotmenu but only shows Application,Simlock,Testlcd and PROM which has only has imei and imeisv.

Anybody got any further advice

Dont have cable so cant use soft

I think that you can't enter to hotline menu on X3.
You can read info only by cable.

You want unlock your phone?
Read field 0 and field 5709 using Sagem Doctor + cable, then post data ic CORRECT SECTION (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&forumid=88) maybe someone will calculate unlock code for you.
