T29s Terminal bloqueado

Hello!

When I shut my T29s on, zhere is written on the Display "Terminal bloqueado"!
What shall I do?

Hasn´t anybody an idea?
I have searched everywhere and foud some programs but they do not work with the phone.
They say "can´t read bootstep" or so.
