BF3... help

at first phone has no power... then succesfully flashed and revived the phone but no lcd display... when i press keypad phone sounds like it functions normaly except no display... what could be the problem....

anybody???

i have successfully flashed and revived the phone... but only russian lang available and cannot read sim card...

anyone knows where can i download languages for bf3...
