Martech Siemens Box...Warranty??

Does the Martech Siemens box have any warranty? My box was working perfectly until yesterday and now I keep getting error message "reset cables & Box". I've had the box for about six months and have been VERY happy with it and the super support.
I have confirmed the problem on four other computers. How do I get a replacement ASAP? I don't want any other solution so I will pay if necessary. Please help Martech team, I'm starting to panic.

contact martech@hot.pl and it seems that u wouldnt have any problem if the box is original.Because as i know warranty is 1 year.But u need to contact the supplier first.

All is GREAT with the Martech Team! They have already sent out a replacement box. I always knew that Martech support was great but their service is also excellent!
