wonder if somebody could give a good brief clear instruction guide on using this software and what all the field are relevant and used for.
Have searched the forum and have came up with nothing.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

You need to know end enter at first:
-Field0
-Hashtable
Then for calculating you must know at least one crypted field.
Best is, if you have a combination of crypted and uncrypted field, like field 5251 (=crypted) and 16128 (= uncrypted)
If you only have a crypted field, you must activate "only-CS". Thie means, the check for valid ID is only done by checksum. This takes (dependend on the field) much longer then calculation with crypted and uncrypted field. Aditionally, there may be false results, if teh checksum is 3 or 4 bytes (like in fields 191/251/252/253/5709)
Next thing: WAP-Crypt. If you use field 5709 for calculation, you have to activate the "WAP-Crypt" checkbox. If not, you will get no (or only false) result(s).
OK now some easy rules...
For 30XX calculation, you best use fields 5251 as crypted field and field 16128 as uncrypted. The data, you can read in monitormode. Coose option 2 or 6 (It is the same. Option 6 switches automatically to 2, when it detects, that the phone is a 30XX)
For X3/X5 calcilation, if you can enter the monitormode, then also use fields 5251 and 16128 for calculation (Option 3 or 6).
If you cannot enter monitormode, read field 5709 with datacable.
If you can reat it and this are 4 bytes, use option 5. It is a "checksum only calculation" with wapcrypt, but shows only results with known waplock levels. It may happen, that you get more then one possible result...
If you know the waplocklevel, you can also use Option 3 or 6 and use the waplocklevel as uncrypted field. Do not forget the WAP-crypt checkbox then...
option 3/6 with field 5709 and checksum only calculation is not recommanded. You will get too many bad results.
For old Infineon Phones (4,1 / 4,5 Firmware) use option 0 and 033170 or 033171 ID-prefix.
Optin 1 is vor converting the "crypted" ID made by some old logging programs into the real ID.
Other things are for people, that know what they do :-)
If you buy original software, which is cheap, you'll get all what you need to know.

The software is available on this forum to take, my concience is fine i didnt stick it on here. If you found a £10 note on the floor would you just walk past it legija??

Once i go to Hotmenu.I find the value of a field.Is that field crypt or decrypt.When i go to GSM Funny to Crypt and Decript a field.Do i enter the value(data) and crypt it and decrypt the following?

Hmmm
The Sagem info program has a bug reading eeprom fields... (And other bugs :-))
It reads only 3 bytes for 5709...
Hehe, i know that :D :D :D
But it canbe usefull for setting baud rate -;)

Legija seems to be more interesting .Your help always go the right way.
Here i `m.Checksum when CRYPTING OR DECRYPTING.There are 3,4 and 8.Whichone can i click on when crypting or decrypting?
