Please guys, it seems that there's something still pointing to Vodafone (or O2) in unbranded phones that makes it impossible to update a previously operator-customized phone. It even seems that previously FREE phones, customized to Vodas by service centers, have this undeletable link too.
Anyone share your experience, please!
I saw that many don't flash ARM when they already have the version they're unbranding to, leaving a _EU6_EU7 suffix in the ARM string, but someone says that even flashing ARM with the original file does not work.
So we checked the string Customization MS and Customization TAE and it seems that all Vodas and O2s shows CDA102222/x, regardless of the unbranding. Could it be that link? How can that CDA string be altered?
