Hello,
Any free solution for unlocking this baby?
If no, which software do I need to buy that MUST support this and maybe any higher version.
Also it should support OT715.(This is not important right now)

Use BF3/4 Tool by Hendrich version 1.82
I will send you the unlock bin
Use the write block option:
Start address: 0c
End Address: 0d

Yeah, go to ******, and yo'll get a simple soft to make this mobile dead!! S2Gsm is a good option 4 all that alcatel... not really expensive, and has every alcatel on the market now... and free upgrades ('till the moment)...

Wray's light unlocker 2.0 must help you. Or free Henrich BFxTool 1.82
I think the best free stuff for now is BF/BG unlocker by GSMNOW, or something like that.
Though I lost the job for v104 159, only that soft can unlock 15A.
Heinrich 1.82 also is good, but the v2.3 by gsmnow is my best.
