i need MYX3 Hardware Repair sw or solution

Another solution: After that the error message is gone:
Use a special connector: On Sagem side: Use PIN 6 and GND and then you need PIN 1 for the signal.
Connect PIN1 to the groung of your computer serial and PIN 6 you connect to PIN 8 on the computer side.
Now comes the tricky part:
You must connect a special hardware inteface to your Phone:
Use a standard 230V:12V trasformator, but connect the 230V side of it to the computer ground and the other contact to PIN 13 at the Phone.
Now you must be shure to avoid electical shock and ground yourself: You can must fasten a wire on your left hand and fasten the other end of the wire on electrical ground in your electrcal installation. The right hand you should connect with a wire to PIN 8 of the Sagem Phone. Now you can repair the Phone:
Start SagemDr connect to COM2 and select 19200 baud.
Try to read field 231, and when you get the error message, you must connect the 12V side of the transformator to your 230V installation.
If you only have a 110 V Network, you may have to repeat the procedure twice.
After that you cannot see the error message on your Phone anymore. And if evverything went good, the Sagemdoc does not show the eror message that field 231 cannot be read or written.

Hehe this solution was specially worked outfor volkangsm...
You can also put your phone for 24 hours in concentrated hydrochloric acid. The error message will be gone afterwards (The phone too)
