So you should wait few hours, till self checks is done.
This is normal situation with ericsson phones. They just work too slow, nothing else.

What hapens without sim card?

@legija:

So called "T610_FullFlash" from DIV - in fact usual AVR firmware with patched OTP imei checking.
Why DIV called such files "FullFlash" - i have no idea :)

@sawa:

Cellular support site works now.
You can get needed files there.

I guess there´s only T610 GDFS (normal) and T610 FullGDFS in avr.

I've just updated my own T610 R1L013 with R3C files, and all is ok, but, first time when powered on, it take one minute to start up. I suppose you need to rewrite gdfs, dear friend.

that's normal ... the new flash will initialize phone, and this take some time (DIV manual said) :D

Yes, you're right, but problem with Sawa phone is right there, firmware can't initialize, keep showing sand watch . . .

Maybe Flash chip IC is not good

not really ...

there are some "little" tricks i always use before flashing my T610 ...

- turn off wallpaper, screen saver, and startup pictures
- set profile to NORMAL
- reload "predefined" CLASSICAL theme
- do "master reset" (backup my data first!)

and when flashing, i try to flash GDFS, too ...

well, that's all ... and my T610 works with no prob ;)

<0000> , or reset all setings from phone menu.

Just to add something, this R3C update was very usefull, now my phone work better and stable, even battery time is increased for almost 40%
