i tried to calculate code for this model, but it seems that it's impossible

field 5709 empty
field 253,252,191,251 are protected
field 16128 : 2c00
field 5251 : 7c

how i can calculate codes with nothing

is there any other fields i can use ?

No, you can unlock this phone only with JTAG interface !
