what different betwen C45 and MT50 board????

i was to upgrade c45 to MT50 but no success, i tried to flash with ksie2 result error erasing flash at address BE0000 , with swup can do 100% but the phone just only light and charging only.

i use flash and ram from original MT50, so what's wrong, anybody can help me...
