I have almost the same problem ...
My phone is 99W14, VER. 9901221147
IMEI: 520015-51-833109-4
Locked on Network and ServProv.
I read NCK and NSCK with erserv 1.8 and unlocked it on Network with NCK.
I've tried with showlocks to enter CCK number when phone asks me fo SPCK, but it doesn't work.
When I try to remove SP Lock with erserv 1.8 it TAMPERED the phone.
How can I get SPCK or unlock it ?
I have its eeprom dump.
Have you tried with the flashing software of
Emma?

Hi,
What model is your phone?
Your phone is TAMPERED?
If yes you need ericflsh(Zulea) to flash your phone, if you donīt have the software please say, i send it for you (you need cable).

The model is GF768.
I saved my eeprom, so I can reprogram it to make it work again with SPLock.
I have ericflsh.exe, but I don't have .shx file for GF768.
I have the cable with schematics from http://mobile.8m.com/interfac.html, but when I tried it with Emma flasher it says not response from phone (with erserv 1.7 it works).
Should I need a new schematics ?
Please send me an .sxh file for GF768.

I had the same trouble with MY GF768: No response from phone!
I used the same cable shematic as you did.
Can anyone clear this up?
hey, guys if you use erserv, do it only on COM1 !!!!!

I had the same problem on 688. Before starting program I had to remove batery and put it back and then it worked

I don't have problems using erserv (I'm using it on com 1, and I can download/upload eeprom and other things), but I have problems when using zulea 2.1 flasher or EMMA shell.
With zulea it first uploads XC132039.BIN,
writes OK, and after that it says smth. like "Time out".
With EMMA it gives me smth. like "not response from phone" just before starting to flash phone.
Where do you think is the problem (may be my cable)?

Whoops, I never tried COM1! I heard COM1 might be too slow, so I decided to use COM2 instead.

xc132040.bin only undr dos !! not dos promt under windows 95/98 !!

Well, I've tried COM1 now and it works!
I read the NCK, NSCK and CCK with ErServ V1.7 and have succesfully removed the Network Lock.
I have also tried removing the SP Lock by typing the CCK into the phone when it asked for it, but (of course) that didn't work.
What am I supposed to do now? (I really don't want to use the "Remove SP Lock"-button on ErServ V1.7, because I know it will go wrong!)
My phone is from 99w13
