up48 CD contains lots of files. please install everything.. though all files are not working like i tested with v70 and didnt work. so if you need any specific file let me know. i can help you.
Can you tell me how much I must Buy the tool?????
I dont have credit card but I have ATM on the Bank may I use that?????????

it depends on which country you are in now. may be there are some people near you selling it. you can find it in many gsm website also. they accept money through Western Union. so, just check out what is easy for you.
