Is this user friendly to notebooks or does it only run on powerful
desktop pc

is friendly to use in Note book,i have try many brand note book.
Example on Fujitsu lifebook,Acer,Dell and Compact .
all work perfect and can working in any where any places.
to do all the job on Nokia,Sonyericsson and Motorola

UFS2 is designed for standard USB 1.0, 1.1, 2.0 interface, you can
connect the UFS2 directly to your PC's USB port with a normal
USB-A to B cable without extra power supply, that means, if your
PC (Desktop or Notebook) has 4 USB Ports, you can connect up
to 4 UFS2 devices, if you want to connect more than 4 UFS2
devices on this PC, of course, you have to use a USB Hub.
The installation is very easy, you just need to install the main
software then attach the UFS2 device to the PC and install the
UFS2 driver, same procedure as you plug a USB Keyboard or
mouse to your PC.
Regarding the PC's hardware requirements, we have tested a
Notebook with Pentium 300MHz, 128M RAM, Win98se platform
with connected 2 UFS2 devices to the PC's 2 USB port directly
and working without problems.
Of course, if you connect more UFS2 devices on one PC, you
should have a faster CPU and more memory (RAM) and using
Win2000 or WinXP platform, this is the fact Win98se is not so
stable for the USB host, for 1 - 2 UFS2 devices, it has no problems.
As I said before, for example, you connect 5 UFS2 devices in one
PC, your PC should have the following configuration:
P3-1G, 256M RAM, Win2000 platform, 5 USB ports
P3-1G, 512M RAM, WinXP platform, 5 USB ports

@ hayeap how are you mate. All my noteboks still have lpt and
com. P2 3 4 dell and ibm. just wondered if it wors on them.
Well, if it refuses to work on my laptops, i'll buy another one:D
it's no problem to "rework" usb voltage, anyway.

I've tested it flashing simultanious 3 phones on my Toshiba Satelite and my pc had still had enough resources to surf internet or to run Winamp. This is fantastic.
The configuration of my laptop is :
P4-1.8, 512 MB ram

Hi! hayeap is can trust people i always ask him if any problem.it the problem can not use,please check USB port voltage,i try and sure this problem.
and what about 800 X 600,Monitor(lCD PANEl) resolution?
i thing "small BUG" dctx in 800 X 600 resolution?

can i get software to install my ufs2 box. i have been it on my P2 computer but need to install on my P4 computer. how do I go about it.
