I have the E700flasher + flash and have modified the T100 original cable to S500etc i try to flash my E700 with only *.bin at Speed 115200 end the 2 others speeds but nothing no connection to phone pls if anybody now the way share it with me thanks

is this downloader can flash E715? and i heard someone can flash the E715 and add one more band 1800 into the phone. is that true? if it is true ture, could some one tell me where can i download the (upgraded E715 firmware) after flashed to this version the phone can also add the (short movie feature)
