rating cellphones

i would like 2 inquire if there is any specific site that would feature different cellphones and manufacturers wherein we or anybody for that matter would rate cell phones, the pros and cons, ease of their functions,etc. or better yet how about the members of this forum would rate the cellphones being manufactured rapidly taht any cellphone would become extinct in just a few months time. i think it would be beneficial to all and it would make manufacturers always on their toes and maybe dis forum would become the pioneer these endeavor.
