View Full Version : Reading an Oxygen backup file?
Please could someone help me, I'm trying to read an old backup file I created using OPM2 (.obk), but cannot find a way of doing it.
I don't want to restore it back to the phone because I no longer have that phone, but really need to get a phone number I know is stored in the backup.
Help me please! :-)

I presume nobody knows the answer to this!

Best regards

Hi,
Cool thankx.
I had a Nokia 6610 and made a backup of the phone using OPM2, I now have a 6100 and need some contact info from when I was using the 6610, but I don't want to restore the backup of the 6610 into my new 6100.
Hope this is clear
Many thanks
I can help you. Beginning from version 2.1.8, the Opm sowtware is able to display the .obk file contents without restoring the info to your phone. It means that you can view the contents of .obk file without connecting your mobile to the computer. If you don't have the version 2.1.8 or higher, you can send the .obk file to me and I'll create an Excel file with the phonebook data and send back to you
