Which cable to use?

Hi!

I have decided to make cable for Ericsson A1018s to unlock it.

I have finded three shematics on the Internet. Please advice me witch shematics to use.

They all work... But I would go with the Easy Ericsson Cable :-)

It isn't work with ER2000 or Saras 2.2. These programs report "no phone response"
I have tried terminal with 9600-8-n
And when I turned phone on, there was some trash on terminal. It was trash but there was 3 symbols repeating each time a was turning phone on.

What may go wrong?
