try to change connector(charger)

not water damaged phone!!!
ok try this cut pin 2 connection frpm board (cut solder side small metalik connection of pin 2) than look if ok finish your problem
if not
change 6 pins small charging transistor
if not
change power ic
if not
trash it

be specific while talking about pin 2 !!!
pin to comes from battery (+) and usualy near to pin 1 charging output some oksid.
try this

always difficult to know what you want to explain!!!
you mean pin2 of battery connectors or pin 2 of charger connector...
also from which reference mark you are naming pin1...or pin2
please show it by components:confused:

I mean pin 1 charging connector
pin 2 battery connector and both of them very nearly and than some not visibble oxid between them possibility.
this solution many times I do it.and work perfect.and easy.and fast
otherwise you can change connector for this test....
I think now ý mean cleared

man just clean the charging port verrry well av solve at least 3 of such problem with this solution
