Feed the C3xx Reloaded clip with 9v battery
ATTENTION !!!- the phone should not be connected to the clip when you proceed to power on.
the RED LED should stay ON.
the BLUE LED should flash 3 times and after should power off itself.
Power on the phone without SIM card inside -ATTENTION !!!- the phone should not be connected to the clip when you proceed to power on.
Now connect the phone which is powered on with the C3xx Reloaded clip. The clip and the phone should be powered on now !
Press the Green button you will see the blue led will start flashing, after one second the phone will power down , and after another 2 seconds the blue led will power off , after this will power on again one time.
Remove the Phone from the clip, put sim card inside, power on the phone. The phone will be unlocked.
Good luck ,

Siemens man, please believe me, there could be 2 different causes:
1.) problem with hardware, like always with AlexGSM products
2.) new version wich can not be unlocked because simply not supported.
May i ask one question, is your phone maybe orange or vodafone, and it is locked on a UK provider?

I've used my clip loads, and it has never failed. I had two awkward ones. One with a dirty connector (3 flashes), and one that would not unlock until it was fully charged.
P.s it does about 20 phones a week
