CONTACT SERVICE IN T720g usa phone

hello, well this is my problem i have a T720 in contact service somebody try to put code and now the phone can no accept the code phone i have the right code know what can i do

i need to flash it with passo 999 or have other solution

put a diferent sim than the original provider sim and power up , let the phone a few hours and contact service will change to enter password
