Is there anybody who knows what kind/brand of CPU is used in those "new" Ericssons (A1018, T1x, T28, R320, etc.)???
I think it could be some RISC processor, probably 16-bit, from Texas Instruments or Advanced RISC Machines.

YES! I've got it! from http://www.avrfreaks.net/
i get AVR studio, use with a normal T18 flash
converted to intel hex format
and it works
now I see what this soft in phone do
dissasembler and simulator -> cool
