Hi..
What does this counter do in UFS2..? count the no of phones flashed..?

yes!it count phone numbers that u have sucess flashed.reset it require password.

the default count is 0 or 1,because before sell out ,must test it ,so the count is not 0.the password maybe i can tell u later!

the words NiceBaby is very dangerous..
either it will kill the box or anything else????

"Counter Reset" is just for resetting the counter whenever you want, It will not harm the UFS-2 box when you try to reset the counter with or without password. Don't worry. Password will be coming soon.
