View Full Version : If you update NHM-5, and got CS . . .
There is small problem with erasing MCU part. In order to keep some data, UFS doesn't erase whole MCU, there is small part of it which UFS keep untouched. So, if you upgrade, let say, 4.45 to 6.07, you'll get CS, MCU checksum failed. (End addresses are diferent)
To cure this problem, you need to use "erase flash" option first.
Erase whole MCU+PPM block, and after that you can upgrade phone without problems.
With some new 2100 boards, you can get error messages while flashing phone.
To cure this problem, set speed to SLOW, or X-SLOW and all will be ok. Same for new 3410 boards, too.

both are IDENTICAL and BOTH work with same software. Just take it like this, Griffin also exist in plastic, aluminium gold color and aluminum silver colour,but all of them are still genuine griffin boxes.

Does it means that "Boxes" are fade if not buying from you? May be you should be careful in writing too! Sorry to say that. It is because you're great, you've done a lot of testings. I do not beleive those words came from a "Pro" like you.
I also believe all "Boxes" in the market are Original, customers should desire which support group they want to join.
