I have a vitel tsm5 locked to spanish Movistar.
The IMEI is 35128400214952009
One of the administrators gave me this code to unlock my phone:

When i entered that code:
(#9917*40646020#)phone claimed: Contract lock disabled
I tried a sim from another company (Vodafone) and phone says PIn 1 is locked, please introduce PUK 1
What can I do?
