Tornado destroy CS

I have today 2 piece of 7250i and 1 3650
after flashing mcu and ppm phone is ok
but i tryed full ui factory and after that
3650=contact retailer :(
and the 7250i is with tornado connected cable ON and working
but when i put the battery and i push ON button the phone going ON and after that says contact service...
i read info and i see there is no product code and hardware code only 0

is there anyway to fix this
because all new phones when i press ui full factory the phone's going destroyed with tornado flasher..

mayby saras now how to fix this ???
and i think there must a good support for this how to use tornado and all that buttons how to use we need a user's guide..

You should know that "full factory" damage symbian phones.
Regarding 7250i, same story, because nokia implemented this in last few FW versions.
Try to find good PM for 7250i, for 3650 format user area.

In this case, you may need special RPL file for your phone, or, you can convert it to regular 7250, by flashing 7250 SW and writing 7250 PM

Ok i understand that i must flash 7250 mcu and ppm after that write 7250 pm
and it will be ok ??
but i do the same thing as 72510i writeng mcu ppm and pm but after that CS
what is the different with 7250 and 7250i that it wil be ok with 7250 ??

and how can i convert it back too 7250i ?

You need to read *.ASK file, and get *.RPL for your phone, be sure to ask for 7250i RPL, because of SW validity checksum.

But rpl file is for 1 time writing because it is in the eum chip ?
or can i use a rpl from another 7250i with another imei??

Man, as ui told you, you must read *.ask file for your phone. You can use it only to that phone, just to restore flash imei, and SW_Validity checksum. No need to write UEM imei in your case.
You can't use any RPL, it must be for that phone, and with data needed for 7250i.
