You must make your costumer satisfy? Why? Because they always want user manual, tip and trick, troubleshooting, etc. You can't only info updates s/w wihout announcement how to use, and different with old s/w. Maybe you must added in your support page all that costumer need. Try to maintenance all costumer like competitor.

Don't forget I have send email to UFS2 but not reply.

Does UFS2 Can Solve Many Problem In Nokia And SE, Etc, Dead After Terminator, Contact Retailer, Unlock, etc, which one the good equipment if we compare with griffin coz i wanna buy it, which was the stable one in flashing and unlocking, thanks.

I got a tornado and its a very good tool indeed very stable and all.

Unfortunently it hasnt got many flash files support available for SE phones which puts it down a bit compared with other SE devices available.

I dont regret buyng it though. But it would be nice if some more attention was made towards the SE support :)

Which support website to use is depending on which reseller you bought the flasher from, you can switch around unless you've bought flashers from both ( ufs-2 & Tornado ) resellers, of course accompanied with login ID & password.

Samsung only have 2pcs cables A300 and S100
A300 cable can flash and unlock all model of samsung (not include S100 only)
S100 cable for S100 flash and unlock

R200 that cable is old design for One-C model before, now the A300 cable also can flash the One-C model.
So the R200 cable is REDUNDANT.

your flash might be bad...
i can`t remember at the moment,if the flash is with glue or not,if not try to reflow it,and then flash the phone again...it might work

nokia 7250i only unlock and contact service is resolute(maybe you must calculate rpl)
2100 only rebuild imei and contact service is resolute(maybe you must write new eeprom and rebuild imei)

How about support your reseller give, I bought ufs box and it keep showing me error message when i used new softz. I am from Indonesia with S/N: 18xxx and no one in the whole ufs world care about. I 've contact my reseller and he give me nonsense. May be I won't recommend UFS for my partners
