T68 problem

i'm Ericsson service point operator and i have a T68 with a strange problem...we know that we can rise ear volume when call connecting with the volume side bottom ..but when i do so there is no rise in volume and always 0/0 level...even the volume switch is ok and its get profile and up and down in massege viewer....and i already flashed it with a new software with Emma 2 .......but no change any suggestions????!!!!

i have the same problem in an er 2618. when i switch on after master reset the phone enter automatically in profile h-free. I can change the profile, but the speaker is not working...in test mode it work good...what is the solution?

i had this problem ....

solved by flashing it in SonyEricsson service center !
so try upgrading it to T68i .

@hanoon I saw that problem on forum some time ago, it was SW problem, try to serch for it ! I think after flashing you were supposed to do a phone full reset.
