Is it possible to get a code for Sagem MyX5...

Hello,

Is it possible to get a un lock code for Sagem MyX5 based only on field 0 and 5709, because I can't enter on Hotline menu.

Appropriate field are:
Field 0: 083A15303035463875
Field 5709 : 35A533

read 5709 with sagem dr.... it's 4 bytes NOT 3!
