one f****ing hd8 i tryied to unlock it with retrofit it asks me something (and cause i'm very stupid) i didn't read what and push ok and now charging imposible!! soution for ot Pocket hd8???

i have this proggy but it's difficult for me to flash or read flash with it!!! i install it in c:/ and i renamed it (zulea flasher)
give me step by step commands i must type in dos to read flash or flash gsm...
