but which one from this three pins is really GND, and which two ones are inputs that should be connected with GND for service mode? I want to make universal cable not for service functions only, but for modem data transfer also. And the second question - what the signal voltage level BH4 required, 1.8 or 3.6 volts?

no required any volts use this connection in uses bf3 bf4 cable
