Bluesoleil full VERSION ?!

hi ALL !

I got 2 bluetooth usb sticks for testing..
an acer bt600 and an ABE UB20.
the acer came with the widcomm and the ABE with the bluesoleil software.

I like the acer stick better (faster/wider range) but the ABE has definitely the better software !

but when I tried to use the acer stick with the blueSOLEIL software.. I got a message like "autorisation failed/use a legal bluetooth device" (sorry.. I get this msg in a computer translated german slang/so I´m not sure what the real english words are)

ok.. so I googled.. and I found out there is a version of bluesoleil which should work with a wide range of bluetooth sticks.
so I downloaded the evaluation version (10mb datatransfer only :((((((() from IVT,and tried it again with my acer stick.. and it WORKED PERFECT !!

now I try to find a FULL VERSION of the IVT BLUESOLEIL software... so I can use the acer stick with it !!!!

so if anyone owns this full version or can tell me where/how to get .. PLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEAAASSEE reply here/email me/.. !!!!!!!

i have the full version 1.4.9.2 but its 8mb in size... and i dont know how to upload it and where,,, but can you arrange for me another software other than bluesoleil becoz its interface is very bad and it is not able to connect some of my peripherals...

You could also dl the Version from Bluesoleil.com. The software isn´t limited, but the hardware support.

Please stop begging for a full version. Such a version doesn´t exist. Of course someone could crack it, but it isn´t reported untill now. And if someone has done this, he would surely tell you or keep it in private forever. So, don´t waste bandwith.

I'm new to this board but I thought you would want this to know about the BlueSoleil Software. Before you try to find a crack or something, maybe you should politely ask the Bluesoleil Support team to license your BT-Dongle.
I wrote an email to ask whether I could buy a license for my unsupported Typhoon dongle. They provided me a suitable config.dat for free after I sent them my device address! Works fine with Bluesoleil 1.4.9.5!

I suppose that's quite better than to crack the application.

BlueSoleil is FREE sw, for supported devices. Non-supported devices are limited to 5MB.

Cracking would mean, get rid of device checking... but who has time to "waste" on this?

I think the best software for Bluesoleil is " Win XP SP2 's built in Bluetooth stack" . It really ROCKS.
Try it out. Especially if u trying to use ur phone as a modem. WIN XP SP2 provides the best support.
When i was using Bluesoleil's software for connecting to internet it gave 4 out of 10 times some sort of an error. but XP SP2 doesn't gave me any sort of error. Works smootly.......................

If you are just using the stack for BT audio, then the crack is not necessary. For now, I'm only using the stack to get my voip softphone working with my headset (plantronics 3000) with the belkin 100 M dongle. Blue solie does not seem to count audio as data. The dongle only send like 250 bytes to the headset to start it up, and that's it, hours of streaming and two way audio to my headset is available.

And yes my dongle is NOT a supported device, and it comes up in demo mode.

I did asked them politely, and in a nice manner. My e-mail was made with much effort to appear and sound nice. Sent it to support e-mail add, but after 1 week and 4 days of waiting... no reply. :( I guess you're lucky.

Edit bth.inf inserting new line with the pci identifier of the bluetooth dongle (pci identifier like 0x7b2 0xb02b). The pci identifier is indicated on the hardware list of voice System in XP Sp2.

I tried several drivers for using a normal Bluetooth-headset from Jabra together with my PC. Only Bluesoleil worked - but does it really work without stopping after a certain period when it is in evaluation mode (which is the case 'caus my dongle is not supported)?

Hi folks,
IVT (aka bluesoleil) didn`t change anything. There is still a FULL version for supported dongles, and this version is still limited for unsupported. As suggested you may ask IVT support how to add your device. You could also try to add hardware support on your own as mentioned in another post (technically the same). Of course the 2nd way could probably collide copyright laws.

A very simple solution is to buy a dongle with build in support.

Another possibility is to get a toshiba stack (limitation for 30 days) as mentioned in another thread.

Some devices should also fit your demands, if you upgrade to Widcomm 4.0 as mentioned in a different thread.

I´m not a frequently visitor of these pages, so it´s not my job to tell you, but after "Google" anyone visiting a forum with a request should always search the forum and carefully read the belonging threads.

This is the thing for all who are still searching for the crack for the "BlueSoleil 2.1.2.0" .This crack will remove the 5MB file limitation from Bluesoleil software.Just follow the link given below to download the crack. Use WinRAR software to extract the compressed file. Copy the bluesoleil.exe file from the extracted archive and owerwrite it in C:\Program Files\IVT Corporation\BlueSoleil or wherever tou have installed it.
