Alcatel 511 swich off by itself 5 phones to repair any solution or advice probably hardware problem

Swich off when searching red or when call
The problem is not in the battery external alimentation 1A

I need service manuals for alcatel everi link will be usefull.

I have to repair it no metter the cost I have to know how to repair 311 and 511 swich off by it self the consumption is OK <410mA but swiches offffffffffffffffffff aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

someone told me that first we should remove those metallic plates or covers then heat the board ...
but carefully..

Yes that´s right but when you open the metalic plates you see a normal phone SMD parts like PA, Swicher, Oscilator and so on, where is the problem. I dont know which is the charge control of this Phone and how to get one or some of them
