at each time , when the soft displays Power on the phone,
The phone start up automaticaly, the only way i found for connecting it is to remove the pattery then to put in again when the soft ask to power on the phone.
The problem is that Wray's software just detect the flash size, that's all. For all the rest "bad info" is displayed, does somebody can help me in unlocking this model?:)

connect to cable when soft says power on phone, it detects automatically, about the errors and bad info, the software version is not yet supported

sorry for this little mistake in the Wray's pinout ....
you must use for gnd only pin1 not both 1 and 5 ....
power off the phone ,and when the soft require press the power on the phone ...
that's all ....

but still works well when 1,5 are gnd....powers on automatically....

the version you are trying to unlock is a 503 and not yet supported, i think we should ask Wray about the update, it connects and shows flash type "Thomson 2mb" phone type "XG1" and the rest "Bad Info or Unknown"

which soft???coz i cant with 4.1
I'm using alcatel lurker 4.1....
if you want to unlock newer version of 320 with Wray 4.1 fullflash the phone with an unlocked flash file. Don't forget to be the same version...
it work 100%.
