Whenever erase flash viewdb-stoped at 15,6%

Whenever I start erase View DB 166 with Andromeda 4.8 -stoped at 15,6%.

What prog did u use?
If use andro 4.8 than u must be in pure dos prompt (restart ur computer and at boot press F12 and choice safe comand prompt only)
by simple dos command (cd ..) go in andro location
run prog
and try many time until it's work (for me work at 15 tries http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/frown.gif )..but will work http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/smile.gif

Alcatel DB VIEW is BE-3, not BE-1...
Andromeda 4.8 working with BE-3 phones ?

Hello guys,

1. Andromeda 4.0 is the best version! 4.8
hangs sometimes and also takes longer
to download flash on some units. With
version 4.0 (cracked of course) you
dont need to run in PURE DOS mode, you
just need to run the correct command.
for me its:

db-all andromeda 1

my file is db-all.exe

2. Andromeda 4.0 works for BE-3 too like
OT View, but it cant unlock it of course!
It can download and upload flash. I tested
it on a OT View v167 2MB Flash. I forgot
whether it was AMD, Intel, Fujistsu or ST.

3. You can unlock BE-3 phones with Zulea
software version 4.0 for BE-3. But please
make a backup of flash first so you dont
need to worry about anything ;p

4. Changing the address at 5220 (HEX) to 163
or anything else wont help in unlocking
your phone. As Florin said, 'it's a BE-3
not a BE-1'... I tried to do it, out of
curiosity and stupidity, and Andromeda
detected the phone as a version 163. I got
excited and selected the unlock fucntion.
All went smooth and Andromeda 'CLAIMS' to
have already unlocked the phone. So I
put other SIM card in phone and power it
up... The phone greeted me with "Enter
Network Code" http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/frown.gif Well, atleast it's not
broken :P

5. Use a very good cable and as much as
possible, a fully charged battery.

P.S. Whats the trick to unlock 16D? Why isn't
anyone asking for this solution? Am I
the only one who doesn't know how? :P
