Hello,
I'm trying to make this software work with an Alcatel OTE He1/v300. I've done all that is said about putting the files on C: drive and the paths, win.ini, etc. However, when I connect the cable and run the software I can only successfully turn the mobile on with the software. When I press "connecting" I get msg. "Link initialization failure". All other functions of Retrofit give msg. of the sort: "Error connection ... terminal".
Please, can somebody help and explain why the only working function is "switch on"...?
